PIZZA POSSUM
PIZZA POSSUM is a short and sweet arcade experience where your goal is to eat as much food as you can without getting caught. An adorable mix of wholesome and mischievous, you hide and seek your way through the village alone or with a friend, using items and bushes to maneuver your way around the patrolling guard dogs. Get to the top of the village, eat the massive pizza, and steal the crown from the dog leader’s head.

Making Of
Pizza Possum was made in collaboration with Thomas van den Berg (Kingdom series, Cloud Gardens) and Raw Fury. We wanted to make a fun, easy to learn, cartoony stealth game with action/arcade elements. We collaborated with Raw Fury to publish the game and their talented team helped us build and implement a two player co-op mode. It was an incredibly exciting and inspiring project and I would work with everyone involved again in a heartbeat!

Sound Design & Music
For Pizza Possum, I wrote and produced a dynamic Jazz-/Swing soundtrack, inspired by 60s spy movies. Think The Pink Panther, but more chaotic! The soundtrack is produced in modular & layered parts which the game assembles to fit the current gameplay. For example: The intensity of the music is dynamically increased when the player is involved in a chase, while an additional scripted drum fill plays because the possum is devouring a particularly massive lasagne.
For the game's sounds, we collaborated with the amazing Almuth Schwacke who produced all of the game's SFX and recorded hundred of voice snippets for all the game's characters.
